The Inner Lane is the best place to run—whether on the track, during workouts, or in a race. It’s where you can lead, push your limits, and cover the least distance while maximizing efficiency. In Office Hours, Inner Lane’s weekly track session, the inner lane is where runners focus, stay disciplined, and work toward progress.

On the streets, the inner lane is closest to traffic—where one runner protects another. This symbolizes the core values of Inner Lane Coaching: community, resilience, and personal growth.

At Inner Lane, we provide expert run coaching, structured training plans, and mindfulness-based endurance training to help runners of all levels reach their greatest potential. Whether you're training for the Chicago Marathon or a half marathon or just improving your performance, we’re here to support your journey.
