In Office Hours, Inner Lane’s weekly track session, the inner lane is where runners focus, stay disciplined, and work toward progress.
On the streets, the inner lane is closest to traffic—where one runner protects another. This symbolizes the core values of Inner Lane Coaching: community, resilience, and personal growth.
