ABOUT

Welcome to running in the Inner Lane.

The Inner Lane of a track is the best place to run. During track workouts or races, that is where you can lead while covering the least distance. For Office Hours, that is the lane people stay in when they are in their “work” segment of the workout.

When running on the street, the Inner Lane is the one closest to the street. When someone takes the inner lane, they put themselves closest to the traffic, protecting the other runner they are with.

Inner Lane is about unity. It is about providing space and opportunity for individuals to see themselves growing towards their greatest potential. It’s about living in alignment.

  • 〝Working with Marina to train for the Berlin Marathon was a breath of fresh air! Coming out of this training cycle, I celebrate myself more often not only in physical achievements, but more importantly in life. Anyone would be lucky to work with Marina, she's a dream come true!!!〞

    Abbie

  • 〝As a running beginner, I appreciated being met at my current level, instead of being challenged to the point where training would no longer be enjoyable. Marina has a lot of patience, good strategies and a very encouraging approach as a coach that really helped me get back into a consistent flow.〞

    Sierra

  • 〝You've taught me how far my body can go and that I can do what I thought was the impossible. Finishing the marathon was my major goal and I don't think I would've been able to do it with your guidance. Another great achievement was that I was able to run a sub 9 mile for my miles trial with you. Something I never imagined I could do.〞
